Production

The activity of COMIND consists in the extraction, treatment and sales of silica the own mine located less than a 800 meters from the treatment plant.The treatment plant land of mine, treatment plant are fully owned by COMIND.

During the year 2012 the activity carried out in the ore deposit has been characterized from the preparation of the mine to make it suitable for a mining in a large-scale making in ​​a good state of the internal roads, adequate profiles that allows a good development of the mining activity and extraction of overburden (1-4 m thickness) present above the sand.

At the same time in 2012 was started the construction of a modern treatment plant, which was completed in the first half of 2013.
